Join Candace for a fun arm balance workshop! No prior arm balance practice necessary, but it is recommended that you have at least five yoga classes under your belt. The workshop will begin with a strength building yoga practice to awaken the core and upper body strength, and then we will break down a number of arm balances, including:

  • crow pose

  • tripod headstand

  • supported headstand

  • 8 angle pose

  • forearm stand

  • handstand

Bring a yoga mat, a notebook and a bottle of water, and let’s have some FUN!

Arm Balance Workshop Details

  • Date and Time: November 9, 2019 from 10:45am - 1:15pm

  • Participation in this workshop will grant you 2.5 continuing ed hours with Yoga Alliance, if you are a yoga teacher registered with yoga alliance.

  • No prior arm balance practice necessary, but it’s recommended to have at least 5 yoga classes under your belt
